Sqlite API - use the new connect function #15

Since the main CHDB repo added a sqlite like API trough the connect function 283 , we should port the binding here too.

@agoncear-mwb chdb 3.0 and libchdb 3.0 have been released. If you're interested in upgrading, it's available now. Feel free to ask any questions!
