Terms and Conditions for Data Structure Visualization Application

Acceptance of Terms: By using our Data Structure Visualization Application (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

Use of the Application: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use of the Application is strictly prohibited.

Proprietary Rights: The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, software, and other materials (collectively “Content”) are the proprietary property of the Application and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You must not use the Application or its Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

User Content: The Application may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and other materials (collectively “User Content”). By making any User Content available through the Application, you grant to the Application a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with the Application and the Application’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

Modification of the Application: The Application reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice to you. The Application shall not be liable to you or any third party should it exercise such rights.

Disclaimers: THE APPLICATION AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APPLICATION.
