Remove old jsonrpc codes and jsonrpsee dependency

Issue Description

After #339 , we should remove dependencies musig2.
We should also get rid of old jsonrpc code and it's dependencies, jsonrpsee.
We can also get rid of lazy_static with #363

In the dev branch, this is already done by the #377. But jsonrpsee is not removed intentionally: Citrea calls require that library.

You are right, we shouldn't remove the jsonrpsee dependency. Other parts should be covered in #410
