I think I know why I was building goneProblems with allButImpacted, but I have to make tests. Why did I come back??? -> I THINK (to be checked) : m_impactedCoordinators contains more than one element only if it is an EnvironmentProblem, which does not create new rule, so there will not be any rules created for this. Also, RuleManager::addSolveRule does not add a A->A rule.
