How to run with github actions?

The example provided shows how to run the gas reporter on circleci with codechecks, but I didn't understand how to run it on github actions, I got a file, but how do I check the diff between the existing and the new file?

You can access ./github/workflows file (or create an action from the actions tab - new workflow button). Add it there how you would in CircleCI (I assume).
