Fix issues raised during testing with curators

Curators, and in particular Margaret, report several issues with the new backoffice UI.

Critical issues

• backoffice: ORCID links are broken #664
• backoffice: institutions under positions are not correctly normalized #665
• backoffice: "Present" should not be listed under "End date" #668
• backoffice: current state name in the top bar is not human friendly #666
• backoffice: final decision of the submission should be displayed more prominently  #667
• backoffice: make copy of data easy when there are links (e.g. ORCID) #669

Useful improvements

• backoffice: display native names and name variants in first box #670
• backoffice: order of columns under Project membership history should be same as Institution history #671
• backoffice: remove ORCID from the links box #678
• backoffice: display record id and link in decision box #679

Update: I've confirmed that the remaining issues are correctly understood, and I've updated some issues. The copy/paste thing was not needed, it's an XY problem we'll need to solve differently, I've created #674 for it.
