SUGGESTION: Add takeout session helpers.

Telegram has takeout session mode in which there are more lenient limits for fetching messages/dialogs e.g for dumping account data

I see, never knew telegram had such API. Thanks for telling! I will check it out and implement if it is possible with the current infrastructure of the library.
