R-Link2 - cannot boot after update. Black screen

Hello all!

After an update, my R-link2 8.7" Talisman cannot boot and now I got a black screen. Sistem try to reboot, but still black. Attached two pictures, I don't know if useful.
How can I boot, reset, go back to the first version, anything?
Any help will be very appreciated. Thank you!

Hello. The description is not clear. Could you describe the problem with more details?
Did you entered DeveloperSide?
Did you pressed "Virgin" button or "HIGH" or "MID"?
Did it happens after official lgu upgrade?

Actually was an update from 2.2. 19. 300 to 3.3. xxxxx version, that are on the air these days around Renault forums. After this update R-Link2 screen remained black. Sometimes R-Link try to boot but something not allow. Now I ask gently for a procedure to boot. Or reset, go back to 2.2.19.300 version, anything.

can you communicate via radnav with radio after switching on the on/off button? ... just normally switch on the on/off button on lcd, wait 1 minute and try to make connection via obd.
btw. the update was finished successfully? last restart (black screen) takes almost 2-2,5 minutes.. beware of that!!!

Update didn't finished successfully I suppose, because didn't became ON. After more than 15 minute I decided to swich OFF pressing touch button.
Central panel is permanent black, the instrument panel try to change the color for a milisecond, think trieng to boot.
Now have checked with DDT4ALL and in Radnav configuration found central panel in Landscape position instead Portrait(8.7"). I don't know if could be a reason. Change applied but nothing happened, still black.

After any changes you have to reboot radnav by long press on power button.
Let's try to check your configuration.

1. enable logging.
2. connect to radnav by ddt4all
3. open every screen one by one
4. share file logs/elm_ddt

Changed in Active all Display in all Radnav that I found. Checked Portrait position also. Still black.

and did you make hard restart - 30 seconds holding on/off button?

Yes.
Could be a hardware damage if the update software its not appropriate?
The fuses broken?

i dont suppose it... engine was started when you were updating? didnt you open driver´s door?

No. Done before, without problem, another two updates. Sistem one and Maps another.
I think the Update now was for another R-Link, with 7" landscape display.

no, there is only 1 (universal) type of update file for 7 or 8,7" display, the update process alone chooses how to configure system for mid or high...
if i good remember, while updating, there are also logs on usb,dont you have them??

• the dashboard is flickering in two colors
• there is sound in speakers
• the USB ports are still working

I don't think she did either of those either.

• the middle LED of the panel lighting shines in green
• I can't hear the sound from the speaker
• USB does not charge (I don't know how else to find out the functionality)

I don't know what to do now?

if the USB not even charge and there no sound in speakers, your unit is dead.
For you remains just to change the unit. But be carefull all units installed in these cars are locked to work only in that car.

Hello. I have a Megane 4 vehicle. I made a mistake on the 7" display panel. I accidentally changed the screen mode on the developer page. If there is a way to fix it using DDT4ALL software or any other method, please help me urgently.

At this way Von only help a Renault Garage with Clip. There is a known way to reactivate the Computer. I have this a lot... people... don't Play at the RLink...it's not good 😌

Ola boa tarde , gostaria de pedir ajuda a alguém que entenda , eu entrei no modo desenvolvedor do meu rlink2 de um renault megane iv 2017 , sem querer apertei no modo high, e a tela ficou preta , e agora não consigo concertar , baixei o ddt4all , comprei um elm 327 Wi-Fi , mas o elm não lê os dados do carro conecta ao carro, mas não acessa as configurações gravadas , teria algum outro modo de resolver ? Alguém consegue me ajudar ? Tem alguma outra maneira de voltar a configuração original da tela ? Já desliguei a bateria , fiz o reset no botão power nada adianta , como se vê na foto no programa ddt4all aonde era para estar verde com as informações do carro , está NO DATA em todas as linhas que estão em vermelho.
