[Feature Request] Add button two ranodmize filename next to the submit button/spoiler button

There's an option to randomize filenames but I randomly have to keep the filename intact for sound threads but randomized for everything else so it would make things a lot easier if the option to toggle this was next to the submit button, with the original name set by default so that the button just can randomize it for you before you submit post
