loading sof apollo lake on native linux? #221
-
Basically I'm wondering if it's possible/plausible to load sof apollo lake on native linux. I tried appending i915.modeset=1 snd-intel-dspcfg.dsp_driver=3 snd_sof_pci.fw_path="intel/sof" to grub. I installed firmware-sof-signed, checked sof-apl-da7219.tplg was present, then compiled/installed the SOF kernel on 5.19. But this never changed the ability to load the sound card. Should I just restore my system and use breath instead? |

Yeah, Breath's kernel is pinned so you don't need to recompile anything. |
