Datasette
- location of queries
- tables queried
- data sources queried
Catalyst.coop and docs
- visits over time
- most visited pages

We now have a draft of usage metrics dashboard in superset thanks to #3715 and catalyst-cooperative/pudl-usage-metrics#163
