i find myself in this workflow:
open chat
set correct context
starting my question
looking at my code
context added that i don't want: remove it
continue writing question
looking at my code
again context added that i don't want: remove it again

Proposed solution

i like the content suggestions, but create an option "content suggestion enabled by default" checkbox

true is as is now
false: do show them, but disable them when adding them (leave current state for a context as is)
