Add ConsumptionBundle property into generated ORD document

A Consumption Bundle groups APIs and Events together that can be consumed with the credentials and auth mechanism.
Ideally it also includes instructions and details how to request access and credentials for resources.
The Consumption Bundle should be added to the ORD document.

I'm not sure when this should be picked up. Right now the Consumption Bundle concept is not as complete as it should and I'm not sure how much value we'll get with the current state. I would wait for demand on this and then pick it up.

With partOfConsumption bundle being mandatory in sap:core:v1 (see #61), it would be good to have a default solution. @Fannon , let's check with @aramovic79 and @zongqichen , what is feasible here.
