Sequence ordinal number is gone in this lately version, and the toolbar to start a new job doesn't work, which is free form honeycomb square.

Hi @chenl233,

Thanks for opening this issue. So that we can better understand exactly what the issue you're seeing is, could you:

  1. Let us know what operating system you're using to run cadnano2.5?
  2. Let us know what git branch and hash are you using? If you don't know how to do this, you can run git rev-parse --abbrev-ref HEAD to get the current branch you are on and git rev-parse --short HEAD to get the current hash in your terminal emulator that supports git
  3. Provide a screenshot of what numbers you're referring to that are now missing?
  4. Elaborate a little on the bug you're seeing in the toolbar: what steps are you going through to generate the bug, what are you expecting to see, and what are you seeing? Screenshots here – if applicable – could be helpful too.

Thanks in advance for giving us this information so we can better troubleshoot these issues!

Warmly,
Nick

  1. My operating system is windows 10 17134.48.
  2. Sorry, I am using a python to launch my cadnano2.5.
  3. The numbers I refer to is the navigational column. Please see the screenshot I loaded below.

  4. Oh, it's my mistake. The toolbar is fine.
