ST3: Soda light tab color customization

Hello there,

Using the suggest code do not show blue tabs as suggested by the documentation:

Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong? I created a Soda Dark 3.sublime-theme file in Packages/User directory .

I'm using Windows 8.1 + latest ST3 build (3065)
