Instant crash on Windows when loading plugin #34

I get an instant crash on Windows when trying to load the plugin. Not sure why, maybe because of an old CPU?

Using Reaper version 7.29 on Windows 10.

This build using the x86-64-v3 optimisation, if your CPU is to old then it wouldn't support that.
I may include a build without this optimisation for windows in the next release, if you are interested in.

It would be appreciated for sure, but no worries if it's a lot of work, I'm guessing most people don't need a build like that.
