If cromwell is attached to a DB and dies and restarts, do the jobs that were running pick back up and continue trying to run? Or are those jobs lost? I'm running the AWS fork. |

Cromwell is intended to reconnect to the jobs, and it definitely works correctly on the GCP backend. I can't speak for AWS as I have not touched it in years, but is at supposed to do so. |
