Saving settings for the next QGIS session requires the generation of a special settings file.
Let's start a list with things that make sense to save for the next session, maybe if we find enough reasons it's one day worth the effort :-)

  • save what boxes in the settings tab are checked

  • previous attribute matches (Felix)
