Better Error Message for Lattice Function in Bootstrap Block #327

An unhelpful exception is thrown when you call a monotonic lattice function in the bootstrap block
.

It would be nice if there can be an error msg that explicitly mentions that calling a lattice function in the bootstrap block is not allowed.
