Contiv support for Openshift

If we are to continue supporting Contiv as a standalone product, support for Openshift will be key as we have seen from the Deutsche Bank opportunity and this one...
Missing gaps for production level deployment include immediate things like support for openshift + contiv with multi-master HA as well as baseline contiv gaps like support for upstream network policies (which we are already addressing).

Starting an initial draft of the remaining gaps/ requirements here (these are in addition to the features that are already supported and hence not explicitly listed here):
1) Multi-master setup for Openshift + Contiv needs to be qualified and fully supported
2) Non-VXLAN modes for Contiv need to be qualified and supported within Openshift. Specifically L2 VLAN mode and L3 BGP modes.
3) For non-VXLAN modes, add support for host access without requiring external network setup
4) Specific customer deployment requirements to be documented for Openshift + Contiv from Deutsch Bank RFP and Dang Feng bank.
5) Upstream k8s network policies to be fully supported within Openshift + Contiv
6) HA, cluster upgrade scenarios to be qualified and supported within Openshift + Contiv
7) Containerized Openshift + Contiv install to be supported in addition to non-containerized install
8) etcdv3 to be supported for Openshift + Contiv
9) Integration of Contiv GUI directly into Openshift GUI (P2)
10) Support for Openshift Multi-tenant network separation with Contiv
11) Support for Openshift egress router and egress firewall features via Contiv
