Sort by different date format types

Hey!

I am using Dataview to sort for action notes like this, which works perfectly fine:

```dataview
table finish_date
from #action
sort finish_date ASC
```

I have formatted my date strings like this:

finish_date: 2023-07-08

Now I would like to use a mix of different date formats like this:

finish_date: 2023-07-08
finish_date: 2023-07-08-235959

I would like 2023-07-08 to be interpreted as 2023-07-08-000000.

When I start adding action note with the long format, Dataview cannot handle them together with the short format so I think I need to parse the date-strings and then sorting them.
I also want to use filters like this:

where finish_date <= date(2023-07-08)

Any ideas on how to do that?
