to trigger rescan Monitors on plug in/ out.

The nuisance is;;;

When cablePluggedInOrOut, is it monitor or usb flash disk.??

There is no variable to make this distinction..

Thats why , app has to scan..

• a) Scan (flicker ) happens on usb device connected.
  • it should only Rescan if connected device is Monitor
• b) Or ui re-creating itself . It looks like a flicker..

I think it should only rescan if connected device is a display monitor

Additionally, an option to do manual rescan and to disable automatic rescan is good too.

I cant show it in the recording but my entire pc stutters for a bit as well while the bar is flickering,
and it happens with any USB device like mouse, keyboard, pendrive, graphics tablet etc.
