Hi,

I think tooltip over full view pane is not ideal:

Tooltip over full view was shown in initial 3 release. But when I used "aur/plasma6-applets-weather-widget-3-git r366.6f7ea94-1 (+34 2.96)" (probably not released version) there were no tooltips when full view was shown.

With release 3.0.4 this returned.

Rainfall through the roof

Typhoon is coming and the rainfall has gone through the roof, literally. I want to know whether this is "stay at home" bad or "GTFO" bad.
