Display graph by default as desktop widget

Unless I’m missing something, the plugin is currently only usable as a panel widget. Placing it on the desktop displays the same information as in the widget icon on the panel, with the graph only opened upon clicking. Having the graph displayed by default would be useful in e.g. a multi-monitor setup where one could glance at the forecast without any further interaction.
