Snow Not Spawning Under Trees With Terralith Mod

Hello,

I am running Terralith + Tectonic + Eternal Winter Mod to do a snow themed play through of the game. I tried adding the Snow Under Trees Mod, but it doesn't seem to be working (I did ensure the options in the config were set to true). I assume it's not compatible with these mods, but also maybe I am doing something wrong. I added a screenshot for an example.

This might be a duplicate of #16, however with Eternal Winter installed I'm not 100% sure, since it should just snow in all biomes no matter what.
