Bold text does not open in dictionary

When clicking on bold text, for example commented words in Vinaya and Aṭṭhakathā, the word does not open in the dictionary.

yes very useful for commentary lookups. This issue also arose from highlighted words from the search. The latter is more difficult to fix. If I am not mistaken, this should be easy to fix with a line of code. Sadhu for the gif submission too.
