[feature][BTIP-2]: Vault contract Supports paying with TRX/USDT/USDD

Vault contract plan to support paying with TRX/USDT/USDD to satisfy more needs of the community and the renter can choose which kind of token to pay for the cheque.

When you have one or more of the three tokens TRX/USDD/USDT and do not want to convert the token to BTT, you can use the token you already have to pay for the uploaded file.

If TRX is supported then ETH and BSC should be supported as well.

As long as BTTC network is used the fees will come in BTT. I believe giving user more options to pay for the storage will give us more adoption ! Of course this tokens should live on BTTC ;). I agree with this idea!!
