error while running structural alphabet analysis #754

Hi all,
While running the example codebase in https://www.biotite-python.org/latest/examples/gallery/structure/alphabet/msa.html I am getting the following error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'biotite.structure.alphabet'. I have biotite installed in Ubuntu and other modules are working fine. Any solution?

Hi, which Biotite version are you using? Support for structural alphabets was added in Biotite 1.1.0.
