Hello! Many thanks for maintaining the bioimage.io website! It is an excellent platform for sharing biological AI models. I'm reaching out because I've encountered an issue with locating our uploaded models, specifically UniFMIR (pull requests #712#714#715#717#719), on bioimage.io.
I understand recent API changes result in extensive refactoring efforts. Could you kindly allocate some time to investigate this matter further? Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. I'm glad to provide more information and support to address this issue. Thank you for your attention!

Hello! Thank you for looking into this! This is a known issue. We are working on a new deployment backend (https://github.com/bioimage-io/collection) to address the shortcomings of the current. We'll shortly start to generate the collection.json there (I'll setup mirroring of it in this repo).

Upon investigation, I noticed that the preview-collection-json in the pull request #719 does not list our model. Further exploration into the GitHub action revealed that our model, similar to others like Mitochondria TOM20 artificial labelling - pix2pix, is being skipped during the deployment process.
Consequently, it appears that all models uploaded after November 2023, including zenodo.10366411, 10577217, 10579555, 10579777, 10579821, 10595427, 10595459, 10659334, are not visible on bioimage.io.
