Finish porting wikimedia to this repository

The mediawiki text living at http://software.mooreabiocode.org/index.php?title=Main_Page has been transferred to this wiki. To complete the porting, we need to manually download all images referenced at the mediawiki site to this repository in /wiki_images directory and then link the images to the new wiki docs, available at https://github.com/biocodellc/biocode-lims/wiki

@matthew-cheung do you have a link to the images stored on the old wiki? i looked in the /wiki_images directory here and there is just one image there... I didn't have a chance to grab them from software.mooreabiocode before it went down and i have someone asking for the images that should go in the help documentation.... thanks,

@jdeck88 I don't think we had any other copies of the wiki content besides the wiki itself.

Any chance there is a backup from the old mediawiki server at UC Berkley? Or is that the /wiki_images directory you're referring to?

@jdeck88 if that doesn't work out you might be able to take some of the images from the barcoding publications. I'm fairly sure there was a newer one but I can't find it. Here is the older one from 2012:

i was able to fill in alot of images...

Here are the pages now that need some images... pinging @chrispmeyer to see if he can take some screenshots to fill in on the following pages. i've named the files in bullets below each page that we need images for... can you take screen shots and name them according to what is in this issue and that should complete the images here.

@jdeck88 - I can recreate some of these images as needed, but am uncertain of what's being asked. Is the reporting tool working given the newer migration to GEOME? Remember that was an issue mentioned previously - I think the last 4 items pertain to that functionality (anything with "report" in it.
