Why do some contigs lose the Workflow Name? This seems to happen randomly to several contigs in a folder, and has happened to multiple users working in different projects.
Is there an easy way for us to retrieve the Workflow Name?
In the GenBank submission tool we select "Workflow Name" in the Sequence ID dropdown menu. If we don't have a Workflow Name can we use another field?
From Hilary Miller at biomatters:
... for the purposes of Genbank submission, you really don't need the Workflow name field. You can choose any unique identifier for the Sequence ID - on your documents fields like Name, Sample or Tissue ID could be used.
Note from John Deck: we have a work-around above for submitting using the Genbank tool (use another field besides workflow name).
Meanwhile, in order to diagnose this issue it would be great if there was a concrete way i can reproduce this... can someone provide more information for me so i know where to start?

The contigs that lost workflow names are confined to PCR plates FY17_StreamCode_P01_18s_PCR01_02262018, FY17_StreamCode_P02_18s_PCR01_02132018, FY17_StreamCode_P11_18s_PCR01_02172018 and FY17_StreamCode_P12_18s_PCR01_02262018.
I tried to attach a Geneious file, but it is not supported in GitHub.
