Set instance type depending on a bundle that should be applied

@pablopareja do you have any information about minimal requirements to instance RAM and storage for every module? It would help here a lot, because otherwise I'm just trying to guess and it needs a lot of testing (importing everything), for which there no much time..

Hey!
Sorry for the delay.
About RAM requirements here you have a quite rough approximation:

  • Enzyme DB & Gene Ontology: ~1GB
  • NCBI taxonomy: ~2-4GB
  • NCBI GI Index: ~10GB
  • Uniref: ~10-15GB
  • Interactions: ~10GB
  • Uniprot KB: ~10-15GB
  • Isoforms: ~1GB

When you say storage do you mean only that of the database once things have been imported? or do you also would like to know how much space is needed including that of the input files?

Cool, thanks!
If you have info about both

  • size of raw data
  • and size of the DB with that data being imported

for every module, that would be very useful! ")
