I am told by PIA support that their dedicated ip token only works via their vpn client. Would you consider adding support for the pia client? I see some details on using the piactl command line interface here: https://helpdesk.privateinternetaccess.com/kb/articles/pia-desktop-command-line-interface-2
Happy to assist in testing, or maybe attempt a PR myself if I was directed to the appropriate files to mimic.
