调用beginRefreshing() 会触发onBGARefreshLayoutBeginRefreshing(BGARefreshLayout refreshLayout)方法实现拉取新数据，但是列表没有滑到顶部，也没有下拉刷新的效果，这是什么原因导致的呢？
