  1. git checkout dev
  2. Update SharedAssemblyInfo.cs with the new version number
  3. Build the solution
  4. Run unit tests
  5. Build the installer with Create-Installer.bat
  6. Update updates.xml with the new version number
  7. git commit -am "Release X.X.X"
  8. git checkout master
  9. git merge dev
  10. git tag vX.X.X
  11. git push origin
  12. git push origin --tags
  13. Upload installer and portable zip to the X.X.X github release page
