Reports of recycling-dthene crashing at startup:

This is likely the same for other tokamak examples. Kiwoo has seen something similar and had a workaround of disabling neutral_mixed and replacing it with evolve_density and evolve_pressure for the first few iterations.

It could be something similar to this: #250
