What do i need to do besides pip install types-confluent-kafka to get this to work?

Hi there - wondering what else I need to do to get this to work. Ive installed the package but my IDE (VScode) still doesn't show type hints / autocomplete. If you answer this question I'm happy to open up a PR for a small "Getting Started" section. Thanks.

• do you find the stub install at the right place that your lsp suggested?
