"Save as PDF" doesn't use print settings

Hi! loved your extension and that it required no permissions to work!

The Print to PDF is really an awesome shortcut, but as it is, it doesn't use the Print Page Setup.

I removed the header and footer in this settings:

print.print_footercenter
print.print_footerleft
print.print_footerright

print.print_headercenter
print.print_headerleft
print.print_headerright

However, the printed doc still prints with the default values ( page n, url, etc )

What did you do? (steps to reproduce):

1- Print any page
2- right click
3- Pick "Save as PDF"

What happened? (actual results):

Printed doc has default header and footer

What should have happened? (expected results):

Printed doc without header nor footer.
