As a farmer I want to make sure am entering correct information So That I can know the calculations are correct

Additional Context

Refer to old NMP and Better Berries for validation

Acceptance Criteria

All form fields in each tab (Field list, Soil Tests, Crops) conform to the appropriate validations to ensure correct information is collected
Ensure the user can't progress through the form if necessary data is missing
Ensure a warning appears if user is going to exit without saving
