When the sync script runs have it report its status to a teams channel for the NR-SPAR team to monitor.

figure out what needs to be done to implement this ticket and add description to this ticket.

Note: suspect that need to:

get api keys for a channel
test against a test channel to make sure its working
modify the job so that it reports the status of completed jobs to a teams channel
work with the NR-SPAR team to figure out which channel to use.
