Is the feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Currently the Admin has no way to check all the users.

Describe the solution

Admin can check all the users, including modifying their data, avatar, email, profile, etc.

Additional context

The route is at /admin/users.

Similar UI/UX to Posts, but combined with User's settings.
