There is a known issue that affects 32-bit platforms, that may or may not result in the Haskell project build failing while building the dependencies with an error about "fdlock: invalid argument".
This is a complex bug, the trigger is unknown (and seemingly random) and none of the published workarounds seem applicable.
If you're affected by it, try upgrading the version of stack to 2.9.1 by changing the STACK_VER variable in Dockerfile.template.
