[FEATURE REQUEST] (1.20.1+) Add an option to disable Wolf variants

With the release of the "Armored Paws" update, there are now wolf variants officially in the game.
I see that you added an option to disable wolf armor, do you think it would be possible to add an option to disable this mod's wolf variants?

I know that I am asking this for 1.20.1 despite it not having the update officially, but there are plenty of mods that backport them.
