I have tested and confirmed that php-webkit does not work with this release. Currently I am not officially supporting the NW.js 0.13.0 Alpha since many APIs are broke due to refactoring. This is supposed to be fixed when 0.13.0 is finally released. So understandably I will not be doing 0.13.0 specific bug fixes until that happens.
