Icon that appears in the LXDE panel (the running program instance) is generic #383

Running Raspberry Pi 4 (bullseye) and I compiled from source. The Bookworm icon shows up fine in the menu but when I launch the program, the icon that shows in the LXDE panel is generic (see middle icon below). Not sure where I can go to set this to the proper icon.
