click EXPRESS Specification to open the text

This file is missing:

rawgit2 returns just error.
a production deployment like https://standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/DEV/IFC4_3/RC1/HTML/schema/ifcsharedbldgelements/lexical/ifcbeamstandardcase.htm returns
