Current Behaviour

the players are added into the 3v3soloQ arena randomly without a proper check of the MMR

Expected Behaviour

add a proper check of the MMR to make the team balanced

Steps to reproduce the problem

join 3v3soloQ with higher and lower MMR

Helias added the bug label
