[Quest] I see alcaz island in your future... Basket of Bloodkelp missing spawn locations

Current Behaviour

While doing quest "I see alcaz island in your future..." players can find only 2 baskets of bloodkelp (75.8, 21.9 and 75.3, 14.3).

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

According to map: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/object=181053/basket-of-bloodkelp#map there should be 9 spawn places for baskets.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. quest add 8970
2. tele alcaz
3. Run around the island (or check db) to only find 3 chests.

Extra Notes

I can confirm the there is a discrepancy between the map shown in wowhead and the db. However, comments do not reveal any insights into the exact amount of chests that should be available. Additionally the quest is obsolete and cannot be obtained or completed on retail.
A fix is easy, once we agree on a solution of what we should do.
