When a bot is erased, enable the bot owner to delete its associated Knowledge Base from the Bedrock backend. For governance purposes, restrict this ability to the Admin role or a designated role separate from the Admin if necessary.
Why the solution needed
Currently, erasing a bot from the frontend leaves its Knowledge Bases intact in the Bedrock backend. Providing an option to fully remove these Knowledge Bases would help maintain organization and reduce costs. Since deleting a Knowledge Base is a sensitive operation, it should require specific user permissions—similar to needing a bot creation role to create bots.
