Repository over data quota

When I try to git clone this, I get the following issue:

I have git-lfs installed, but am not sure how to interpret this issue. I have some files in the main directory, but otherwise just empty folders and none of the "output" files I wanted to look at. This may be related to #1 . Thanks!
